To book a driving lesson with us, the lesson fee must be paid at the moment of booking.

To CANCEL or RESCHEDULE the lesson for WHAT EVER REASON, you must give us 24 HOURS NOTICE before lesson start.

Lessons cancelled at short notice or missed for what ever reason (24hrs before lesson start time) will require payment in full. If the lesson fee has been paid already and you do not give 24hrs notice for cancellation for whatever reason of that lesson, the lesson fee will not be refunded.

It is your responsibility to check times and dates of lessons.

Practical Test hire of the driving school car for use during the practical test will be charge at a different rate (ask the instructor). Your Driving Instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the driving school car for practical test, if in their opinion the chances of passing the test are unrealistic.

In the event of the driving school car being unavailable on the day of your lesson for reasons of illness of the driving instructor or for reason of mechanical failure of the car your lesson can be reschedule at a time convenient for you and for your driving instructor or the lesson fee can be refunded in full to you if this is what you prefer.

The driving instructor is not responsible to pay to the student any cancelations fee.

The driving instructor reserves the right to cancel the lesson on the day and at a very short notice.

If the driving instructor cancel the lesson at a very short notice on the same day, this DO NOT give the student the rights to cancel the lesson at a very short notice. The student must give 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule the lesson.

Practical test cancelation

In the event of driving school car being unavailable on the day of the practical test for reasons of illness of the driving instructor or for reasons of mechanical failure, test fee incurred by you will be refunded in full if we cannot give you 24hrs notice. In the event of the practical test being cancelled by the driving standard agency, it is normal practice for the test fee to be refunded by them, however lesson fee booked for the day of the exam will be subject to the 24hrs late notice cancellation and will require payment. These fees can be claimed back from DVSA.
